SPG FP&A Analyst

We are looking for a FP&A Analyst to help drive forecast and close cycles, financial insights, and decision support across SPG. In this role, you will partner closely with segment leaders, business unit finance teams, and Corporate FP&A to deliver accurate reporting, clear insights, and actionable recommendations.

This role requires someone who brings strong financial acumen, analytical rigor, and presentation development skills. You will lead reporting and analytics deliverables, improve processes and tools, and translate complex data into clear narratives that help senior leaders manage the business and deliver results.

Major Responsibilities

  • Lead development of dashboards and reporting tools that improve financial visibility, simplify consolidation, and support executive reviews.
  • Partner across business unit finance teams and Corporate FP&A to define requirements, align priorities, and enhance reporting capabilities.
  • Drive process and systems improvements that increase the speed, accuracy, and consistency of forecast and actuals cycles.
  • Deliver high-quality analysis and financial narratives that support planning, close, and executive decision-making.
  • Provide decision support through ad hoc analysis, scenario modeling, and insights for the Segment CFO and leadership team.
  • Own headcount and labor modeling to support quarterly forecasts, annual planning, and target setting.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in FP&A, financial reporting, or business finance, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with financial systems and reporting tools such as Tableau, Anaplan, SAP BPC.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, including financial modeling and executive-ready presentation development.
  • Experience supporting P&L reporting, forecasting, and business performance analysis.
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights, recommendations, and financial narratives.
  • Proven collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across global, cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot to improve finance workflows and productivity.
  • Strong communication skills, and a proactive, growth-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in the semiconductor equipment industry

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
