Responsibilities:
  • Build AI-first experiences for enterprise SaaS workflows.
  • Design and implement agentic workflows that help users reason, act, and automate safely.
  • Develop full-stack features using Java, C#, .NET, TypeScript, and modern web frameworks.
  • Use agentic development tools such as Codex, Claude Code, or similar AI coding agents.
  • Integrate AI capabilities with platform APIs, data services, and user workflows.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams.
  • Review code, mentor engineers, and shape engineering best practices.
  • Work with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD tooling.
  • 5+ years of full-stack software engineering experience.
  • Strong Java, C#, .NET Core,ย ASP.NET, and scalable web services experience.
  • Frontend experience with React, Angular, or similar frameworks.
  • Experience with cloud-based, containerized applications.
  • Familiarity with AI applications, LLM integration, agentic workflows, or strong interest in learning.
  • Experience using AI coding assistants such as Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or similar tools.
  • Comfort working across existing enterprise systems.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with AI agents, RAG, tool/function calling, or workflow automation.
  • Experience modernizing enterprise SaaS applications.
  • MongoDB, Jenkins, GitLab, or similar platform experience.
Education:
