Jersey Mike’s Subs is a fast-paced, community-focused sandwich shop dedicated to serving high-quality, fresh sub sandwiches and providing exceptional customer experiences in a friendly environment.


Position Summary

As a Crew Member at Jersey Mike’s, you’ll be an essential part of our team who helps deliver “A Sub Above” experience by providing friendly customer service, preparing delicious sandwiches to order, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store. This role is ideal for energetic, customer-oriented individuals who enjoy teamwork and fast-paced environments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service throughout their visit.

  • Take accurate orders and process payments using the POS system.

  • Prepare and assemble cold and hot subs to customer specifications, following Jersey Mike’s quality standards.

  • Handle food safely and follow sanitation and safety guidelines at all times.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in workstations, dining areas, and restrooms.

  • Restock ingredients, supplies, and other operational items as needed.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations, especially during busy periods.

  • Uphold Jersey Mike’s standards for restaurant presentation and service excellence.
