As a remote clinician at Well Spring Therapy Solutions, you will engage in meaningful work from the comfort of your home while leveraging telehealth technology to connect with clients. Our flexible remote setting allows you to manage a caseload effectively while receiving comprehensive support and resources from our dedicated team. • Conduct individual assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for each client, leveraging evidence-based practices that align with the latest standards in mental health.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, both virtually and in the community as necessary, providing compassionate support and expert guidance.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss case progress and refine treatment strategies, ensuring that all team members are aligned on goals and approaches.
• Navigate the complexities of organizational and financial structures effectively, ensuring that treatment services are optimally delivered.
• Monitor client progress rigorously, including admissions, ongoing treatment, and discharge criteria, ensuring all documentation is completed in a timely manner.
• Utilize crisis intervention techniques when necessary, demonstrating quick decision-making to ensure client safety and well-being.
• Identify potential risks and ensure appropriate protocols are followed, actively contributing to the creation of a safe environment for all clients.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance skills in areas such as age-related issues, behavioral health trends, and cultural competency.
• Participate in quality improvement committees to continually refine service delivery and promote optimal outcomes for our clients.

Our client base includes individuals from diverse backgrounds who are facing a range of challenges associated with major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders. This role is particularly geared towards those who have been under-served in traditional mental health settings. You will be instrumental in providing timely access to care and linking clients to vital resources that support their mental health and overall well-being.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is mandatory for this role.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of California is required.
• Expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment strategies for varied populations, particularly concerning risk assessment and crisis management.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear interactions with clients and team members.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of cultural competency practices and how they relate to providing mental health support to diverse populations.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience as a licensed social worker in a mental health counseling role is strongly preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous, enhancing our capacity to serve a wider range of clients.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to a robust salary, our benefits package includes:
