• Conduct virtual comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify strengths, needs, and potential barriers affecting students’ mental health.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family counseling, tailored to the unique situations of clients.
• Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and other healthcare providers to develop an integrated care approach that supports students’ overall wellness.
• Act as an advocate for students, facilitating access to community resources and necessary support services, ensuring their rights and needs are met effectively.
• Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions, treatment strategies, and progress using our electronic health records system, ensuring compliance and continuity of care.
• Engage in regular team meetings, case discussions, and continuing education opportunities to enhance your skills and contribute to our collective knowledge base.

Your work will specifically focus on K-12 students, a population that faces unique mental health challenges related to academic pressure, social dynamics, and developmental changes. By understanding the contextual factors of their lives, you will provide tailored support that addresses their specific needs, whether they are coping with anxiety, depression, or trauma.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in providing clinical social work services.
• Proven proficiency in conducting detailed diagnostic assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport with a diverse range of students and staff.
• A strong commitment to cultural competence, social justice, and adherence to ethical practices in all aspects of work.

• Prior experience providing mental health services in a school context.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), or similar modalities.
• Experience in advocating for and connecting clients to community resources.
• Documented history of implementing successful therapeutic interventions with measurable outcomes.
