We're looking for a driven Sales Account Executive with 1-3 years of transportation and B2B sales experience to expand LTL/LCL and FTL/FCL business across Hawaii, Alaska, and Guam. In this high-impact, field-focused role, you'll win new business, meet clients face-to-face, and build lasting customer relationships while growing your sales career in a dynamic logistics environment.
Compensation: $90K plus commission
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop new LTL/LCL and FTL/FCL accounts through face-to-face and inside sales
  • Spend 60% of the time in the field meeting customers
  • Manage account implementation and ongoing customer relationships
  • Meet or exceed revenue and growth goals
  • Conduct market research, follow-ups, and sales administration
  • Overnight travel as needed

  • 1-3 years of transportation, logistics, and B2B sales experience
  • 1-3 years of LTL/LCL sales experience required
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
