Job Description

Imagine waking up every morning knowing you’re not just going to work—you’re stepping into a mission: Connecting your community, powering Amazon’s promise, and growing your future with Delivery King Logistics. This is your invitation to become a Delivery Driver Associate—a role that blends heart, hustle, and high-performance rewards.

Who We Are
We’re Delivery King Logistics: a veteran-owned, servant-leadership powerhouse in Atlanta. Honesty, transparency, and integrity guide us—and we believe that when our team succeeds, our community thrives.

Your Mission
As our next Delivery Driver Associate, you’ll be the hero on 20+ stops per hour, navigating neighborhoods in an Amazon-branded vehicle and delivering smiles (and packages!) with every doorbell.

  • Shift & Home Base: 10-hour days starting at 9:10 AM, reporting to 2125 Anvil Block Rd. Work 3–4 days per week.

  • Core Responsibilities:

    • Execute 20+ precise deliveries hourly.

    • Communicate proactively with customers—keep them informed and delighted.

    • Uphold safety, compliance, and best-in-class service on every route.

    • Thrive under pressure, adapt to weather and traffic, and solve challenges in real time.

What You’ll Gain
This isn’t just a paycheck—it’s a springboard for growth:

  • Empowering Compensation:

    • Base pay starts at $21.25/hr, with performance bonuses that can boost your earnings up to $1,000/week.

    • Opportunity to discuss rates up to $22.75/hr as you master the job.

  • Rock-Solid Benefits:

    • Comprehensive health, vision, and dental insurance.

    • 401(k) plan with a 3% company match—secure your tomorrow today.

    • Generous paid time off to rest, recharge, and show up at your best.

  • Career Acceleration:

    • Structured training and mentorship: ride-alongs, coaching, and leadership workshops.

    • Clear advancement pathways: Lead Driver → Operations Management → Logistics Leadership → DOT Certification and beyond.

  • Culture & Camaraderie:

    • A family atmosphere built on weekly huddles, peer recognition, and seasonal events.

    • Leaders who serve alongside you—breaking down barriers so you can shine.

    • A diverse, inclusive team that celebrates every win, big or small.

Is This You?

  • You’re 21+, hold a valid driver’s license, and can safely lift up to 50 lbs.

  • You thrive in high-energy environments, embrace challenges, and tackle obstacles head-on.

  • You bring a positive, team-first spirit—and you’re ready to make a real impact.

Listen to Your Inner Champion

Your Next Step
Seize this moment. Transform busy streets into your personal arena for growth, achievement, and community impact. Apply now—your journey to extraordinary starts here.
