Starting Pay: $19.88/hour
After 12 Months: Over $25.00/hour + annual increases
**Shift Differentials Available**

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently

  • Read blueprints and follow production schedules

  • Sort, load, and move materials using forklifts (for material handling roles)

  • Perform accurate assembly of machine parts

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

  • Follow quality and safety procedures

What We're Looking For:
