About the Role 
We seek a dynamic and passionate Operations Launch Manager to join our team in New York. This role is perfect if you love kitchen operations and thrive in a fast-paced environment. As the Operations Launch Manager, you will be at the forefront of our expansion efforts, overseeing the successful launch of new restaurant locations. This role demands exceptional project management skills, a thorough understanding of restaurant operations, and a talent for mentoring and guiding managers to achieve their full potential. 

Key Responsibilities: 
● New Restaurant Launches: Oversee the end-to-end process of opening new restaurants, ensuring each site is ready for business on schedule and within budget. 
● GM Mentorship: Provide ongoing coaching and support to General Managers during the pre-opening phase, focusing on building their leadership capabilities and ensuring they are fully prepared to manage the new restaurant. 
● Post-Launch Support: In the initial months after the launch, offer continued support to GMs, addressing operational challenges and helping to stabilize the new restaurant’s performance. 
● Kitchen Operations Support: Willingness to work and support new and existing restaurants in any capacity. 
● Quality Assurance: Conduct final inspections of new restaurant locations to ensure they meet brand standards and regulatory requirements. Address any issues before the official opening. 

Qualifications
● Experience: 
○ 5+ years of kitchen experience with a focus on quality control. 
○ 3+ years of experience in opening new restaurants 
○ 3+ years of supervisory experience in a food service setting. 
○ 3+ Experience in High-volume cooking in Fast Casual restaurants 
○ Possession of NYC Food Handlers Permit 

● Education 
○ A degree or significant experience in culinary arts, food science, or a related field. 
○ A culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred.
