We are looking for a dynamic and experienced project manager to join our team in Ain Sebaa, Morocco. As a project manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing various projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and deliver expected results.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and optimize resource utilization.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact project success.
- Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, team members, and clients.
- Monitor project progress, prepare progress reports, and present updates to senior management.
- Implement and maintain best practices and project management methodologies.
- Ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and lessons learned.

Qualifications

- Master's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
- 5 or more years of proven project management experience
- Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
