Job Description

Are you energetic, outgoing, and passionate about dancing? If you enjoy dancing, social events, meeting new people, and helping others gain confidence on the dance floor, we'd love to meet you!

We are seeking a Ballroom Dance Instructor to join our team. This is an entry-level position, and no prior teaching experience is required. We provide training and professional development to help you succeed.

As a Ballroom Dance Instructor, you will teach social dancing to our members, create a fun and welcoming environment, and help students achieve their personal dance goals. This role also offers opportunities to participate in studio events, parties, and promotional activities.

Responsibilities

  • Learn and teach ballroom and social dance techniques to students of all skill levels
  • Create a positive, encouraging, and engaging learning environment
  • Build strong relationships with members and provide excellent customer service
  • Participate in studio events, dance parties, showcases, and promotions
  • Assist with student retention and membership growth
  • Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times

Qualifications

  • Passion for dancing and working with people
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and follow training programs
  • Comfortable interacting with members and promoting studio programs
  • Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
