About Dance Quest International

Dance Quest International is a fast-growing dance education company serving students across studio and partner school programs throughout the Tampa Bay area. We are focused on creating an encouraging, high-energy environment where students grow in confidence, discipline, artistry, and character.

We are looking for instructors who bring strong classroom leadership, positive energy, professionalism, and a passion for developing young dancers.

Position Overview

Dance Instructors at Dance Quest International lead engaging, age-appropriate classes while helping create a welcoming and structured environment for students and families. Instructors may teach at our main studio location and/or local school partner sites.

This role is ideal for someone who:

  • Is dependable, organized, and growth-minded

  • Wants to be part of a creative, team-oriented culture

Responsibilities
  • Teach weekly dance classes for ages preschool through teen

  • Create a positive, high-energy classroom environment

  • Prepare choreography and lesson plans appropriate for each age group

  • Maintain professionalism and strong communication with families and staff

  • Assist with showcases, performances, rehearsals, camps, and special events

  • Arrive on time and prepared for all classes and meetings

  • Support student growth both technically and personally
