Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiasticย Latin Dance Instructorย to lead fun, engaging dance sessions forย  youth.ย The ideal candidate is passionate about working with children, experienced in Latin dance and able to create a positive and engaging classroom environment.ย Our dance classes focus on teaching rhythm and creative movement as well as developing techniques in Latin dance styles. Along with these skills, participants will receive daily take home activities that build teamwork, confidence and leadership skills.ย 

Responsibilities

  • Teach Latin dance classes for youth
  • Develop lesson plans that support skill-building, creativity, and performance readiness
  • Encourage discipline, teamwork, and self-expression in students
  • Prepare dancers for studio performances, recitals, and/or competitions (if applicable)
  • Communicate effectively with parents, students, and staff
  • Serve as a positive role model within the studio community
