We are looking for hardworking, dependable individuals who enjoy working outdoors and take pride in building high-quality landscape projects. Whether you are an experienced Foreman ready to lead a crew or a Crew Member looking to grow your career in landscape construction, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
  • Install commercial landscape projects including: 
    • Irrigation systems
    • Tree, shrubs, flowers, and sod
    • Drainage systems
    • Hardscape and landscape improvements
  • Operate and work around construction equipment and tools 
  • Follow company safety policies and procedures 
  • Maintain quality workmanship and productivity on job sites
  • work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Foreman Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise landscape construction crews
  • Coordinate daily job site activities and production goals
  • Train and mentor crew members
  • Communicate with Project Managers regarding project progress
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards
Crew Members Responsibilities 
  • Perform landscape construction tasks as directed by crew leadership
  • Assist with installations and site preparation
  • Operate tools and equipment safely
  • Support team productivity and project completion
Qualifications
  • Previous landscape construction, irrigation, construction, or outdoor labor experience
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Reliable transportation and strong  attendance
  • Valid driver's license (required for some positions)
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Leadership experience preferred for Foreman candidates
