Job description


Responsibilities: will primarily serve as campus overseer of maintenance/landscaping in the THRIVE program. Responsibilities include but not limited to: • Lead prayer • instruct students when needed for department landscaping/clean up • Engage in religious instruction • Work with other departments to comply with all Texas DFPS regulations/COGNIA standards/TCUSA standards • Participate in campus events and chapels as required • All trash is emptied and put in the dumpster. Building 1-4 everyday.Clean outside of dumpster Thursdays. • Maintains and repairs all dorms, patch holes in walls, buildings and vehicles • Assist Director or Campus Coordinator when needed for the pulling of any permits that are needed • Maintains and keeps track of all tools and equipment/put away tools & equipment. Organize storage into sections. • Mowing edging and landscaping the campus • Will alert the Director or Campus Coordinator to any safety issues promptly so they can be fixed • Works with volunteers to coordinate work projects on campus • All other duties as assigned by Director or Campus Coordinator
Requirements
At least 1 year full time ministry experience OSHA Certification and experience with landscape and maintenance tools, building maintenance
