At IKON Landscape, we don't just build exceptional outdoor spaces, we build exceptional teams. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Construction Division Manager to lead one of the most critical areas of our business. As our Construction Division Manager, you'll oversee the operational success of the Construction Division, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This is an opportunity for a proven construction or landscape operations leader who thrives on developing people, improving processes, driving profitability, and delivering outstanding client experiences.

We offer a competitive compensation structure including a base salary of $115,000 to $130,000 (based on experience). We also offer a strong benefits package including paid vacation, paid holidays, medical insurance, 401K (3% match) and company vehicle.

Construction Division Manager Responsibilities:

  • Providing leadership and direction to Project Managers and Field Services leadership
  • Monitoring project schedules, budgets, manpower, and operational performance
  • Planning resources to support current and upcoming projects (36 month planning horizon)
  • Coaching, mentoring, and developing the next generation of leaders
  • Creating accountability through performance management and continuous feedback
  • Reviewing operational and financial metrics to improve profitability and efficiency
  • Partnering with executive leadership to analyze division performance and drive strategic initiatives
  • Implementing scalable systems, processes, and operational improvements
  • Ensuring an exceptional client experience from project kickoff through completion
  • Promoting a culture centered around teamwork, accountability, safety, and continuous improvement

Construction Division Manager Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent industry experience.
  • 10+ years of landscape construction or commercial construction experience.
  • Strong Project Management background overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with Aspire preferred.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing managers, supervisors, or project teams.
  • Demonstrated experience managing budgets, profitability, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
  • A strategic thinker who enjoys improving systems, processes, and operational performance.
