Cutting Edge is in search of a strong leader that leads by example to join our Landscape Installations team. This position requires a lot of attention to detail, high levels of efficiency and time management as you will be leading 3-4 installation crews as they with your help will complete commercial jobs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Complete daily job status reports
  • Delegate workload to crews
  • Walk job sites prior to the assigned start date
  • Train crew leads and crew members on-site
  • Work with crews on job sites to meet deadlines
  • Install timers, help troubleshoot irrigation systems
  • Communicate with estimators and production managers on project timelines
  • Order materials, equipment and parts
  • Oversee equipment maintenance
  • Remove snow on an on-call basis

Qualifications:

  • Able to lead other leaders
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required
  • 3+ years of Landscape Supervisor experience preferred
  • 5+ years of Commercial Landscape Installation experience required
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints and use of architectural scale ruler
  • Able to pass a drug test
