THIS POSITION IS FOR A LANDSCAPE FIELD MANAGER IN CEDAR FALLS IOWA

Royal Turf is an equal opportunity company which has been providing high quality lawn, landscape, and snow services to the Cedar Valley for 30 years.

-Minimum of 3 yrs experience in landscape construction

-Thoroughly understands all aspects of landscape construction

-Able to operate all landscape equipment: Skid steer, mini-excavator, mini-skid steer, etc.

-Knowledge of all maintenance procedures on all equipment

-Ability to read landscape plans and drawings.

-Leadership capability and demeanor to manage crews.

-Able to organize work load efficiently and plan work for multiple crews.

-Meet and/or exceed company production standards.

-Interfaces with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.

-Interacts with customers in a competent and professional manner.

-Ability to fill out and process company paperwork in a timely manner.

-Able to train crew as a team and maintain a high level of morale.

-Minimum of high school diploma or GED

-Valid driver's license/CDL preferred

-Clean driving record and clean criminal record a must!

-Physically able to perform all aspects of landscape construction.
