Landscape and Grounds Maintenance Technician

We’re seeking a Lawn and Landscape Technician to join the Caliber Lawn and Landscape Team who will be responsible for ensuring our residential and commercial properties are looking their best. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance, safety and overall quality of property grounds through a variety of landscape maintenance services.

Duties include mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, weed control, seasonal cleanups, landscape bed maintenance, and general grounds care. You will work outdoors in a team-oriented environment, ensuring that each property is professionally maintained and reflects the high standards of our clients and company.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in their work, and are committed to delivering exceptional property presentation and customer satisfaction. Experience in landscape maintenance and licensed to apply turf treatments is preferred, but a strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn are valued.

Full-time Monday through Friday

Location – WDM & Ankeny


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain residential and commercial property grounds.
  • Perform mowing, trimming, edging, and pruning services.
  • Remove weeds and maintain landscape beds.
  • Complete seasonal cleanups and debris removal.
  • Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor property appearance and report maintenance concerns.
  • Follow safety procedures and company quality standards.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to complete assigned tasks.


Compensation and Benefits

  • $50K-$60K depending on experience
  • Health Insurance Compensation- percentage of premium paid for employee if enrolled in company plan
