Metal Processing Team Member - First Shift

Pay

 $17.00/hour + Quarterly Bonus Opportunities
Historical bonus payouts have averaged approximately $8,500 annually.

Schedule

First Shift | Monday - Thursday: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Enjoy a consistent four-day workweek with Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays off.

How You Will Contribute

  • Operate lasers, press brakes, rollers, saws, belt sanders, and other fabrication equipment
  • Read work instructions and production schedules
  • Inspect components to ensure quality standards are met
  • Safely utilize material handling equipment
  • Perform equipment changeovers as needed
  • Support continuous improvement efforts
  • Cross-train across multiple process areas
  • Follow all safety, quality, and production requirements
