Pro-Mow Lawn Care & Landscaping is looking for an experienced Landscape Construction Foreman to lead crews in creating high-quality landscapes and hardscapes from the ground up. Youll take ownership of projects in the field, guide and develop your crew, and help turn plans into finished spaces our customers can be proud of.

Responsibilities of a Landscape Construction Foreman

  • Lead and manage a team of 2-3 employees to execute landscape installations according to design specifications and work orders.

  • Collaborate effectively with the Landscape Manager/Project Manager to ensure project success.

  • Operate and maintain vehicles and equipment safely and efficiently.

  • Ensure a safe and clean job site at all times.

  • Train and develop crew members to enhance their skills and performance.

  • Work flexible hours, including occasional weekends, to meet project deadlines.

  • Adapt to various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the day.

Qualifications

  • Experience in New Lawn, Drain Tile, Softscape, and Hardscape Installation.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to hold team members accountable.

  • Valid driver's license required; CDL is a plus.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

  • Desire to learn and grow within the company.

Compensation: $22-30.00 per hour
