Hiring a general landscape construction foreman and a masonry specialist foreman. Responsibilities
  • Ensure all projects are built according to plans and specifications.
  • Lead and manage a team, ensuring they are on-site and ready to work by 7am.
  • Coordinate daily tasks and manage crew logistics efficiently.
  • Track and report team hours using company-provided technology.
  • Plan and prepare for upcoming workdays, including equipment and material needs.
  • Maintain equipment, ensuring regular maintenance and reporting any issues.
  • Conduct safety inspections of trucks and equipment.
  • Train and mentor crew members, ensuring adherence to company processes.
  • Assist in labor tasks as needed.
Qualifications
