Our experienced, creative, and talented Landscape design group is expanding and seeking a Landscape Associate to join our team. This talented go-getter will work collaboratively within Hanover's Development team to provide exceptional overall designs for each of our properties.

What you will do:

  • Work on projects from conception to completion under the guidance of Project Landscape Architects.

  • This position will work closely with our Landscape Architects to design many exterior aspects of our luxury properties including site plans, streetscapes, plazas, parks, amenity courtyards, & roof decks.  Selecting materials and extensive site furnishings and providing significant construction administration are additional responsibilities.

  • Assist Landscape Architects with selections of finishes and FF&E.

  • Travel and perform construction administration.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience at Design firm, multi-family experience is preferred

  • Proficient in AutoCAD & Revit drafting and construction documentation, Sketchup, Photoshop, & Microsoft Office suite

  • Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture
