What You'll Do
As a Yard Associate, you'll help customers receive landscape materials safely and efficiently while supporting daily yard and warehouse operations.
You'll operate forklifts, prepare materials, assist customers, and help maintain a clean and organized yard environment.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Loading
  • Verify customer orders before loading
  • Operate forklifts to load materials such as mulch, sod, and bagged goods
  • Assist customers with product questions and loading assistance
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service
Yard & Warehouse Support
  • Help prepare materials for deliveries
  • Assist with warehouse and yard operations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard environment
  • Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines
Team Communication
  • Communicate clearly with coworkers in person and over radio
  • Work safely around customers, vehicles, and equipment
  • Support overall yard productivity and efficiency
