At Landscapers Supply, our Driver / Yard-Warehouse Associates plays a key role in delivering outstanding service to our customers and supporting daily yard and Warehouse operations.
This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, operating equipment, staying active, and interacting with customers. Your time will be split between local deliveries and helping maintain an organized, efficient yard and warehouse environment.
Whether delivering mulch, sod, or power equipment, you’ll help ensure customers receive their products safely, accurately, and with excellent service.

What You’ll Do
As a Driver / Yard Associate, you’ll help support daily yard operations while safely delivering materials and equipment to customers and store locations.
You’ll play an important role in ensuring deliveries are accurate, timely, and completed with excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Deliveries & Transportation
  • Complete pre-trip inspections of delivery vehicles
  • Verify delivery loads before leaving the store
  • Deliver landscape materials such as mulch, sod, and power equipment
  • Contact customers with delivery updates and estimated arrival times
  • Maintain accurate driver logs and delivery records
  • Deliver transfers between store locations
Yard & Warehouse Support
  • Assist with loading and unloading vehicles
  • Organize inventory and maintain yard appearance
  • Support warehouse and yard operations when not driving
  • Wash and maintain delivery trucks and equipment
Customer Service & Communication
  • Interact professionally and respectfully with customers
  • Safely place deliveries in customer-requested locations
  • Communicate clearly with coworkers and management in person and over radio

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for dependable, safety-focused individuals who enjoy physical work, customer interaction, and working outdoors.
Required Qualifications
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record for at least 7 years
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work safely around people, equipment, and vehicles
  • Ability to work steadily in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience operating forklifts, wheel loaders, or other heavy equipment
  • Previous delivery, yard, warehouse, or landscaping experience

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift and handle up to 70 lbs
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
