As an Account Manager, you will be a pioneer in building and sustaining high-value partnerships within our business and industrial sectors. Your key focus is to advance sustainable growth within an established territory by nurturing existing accounts and identifying new opportunities in alignment with company excellence. You will serve as a consultative partner, helping customers integrate our full range of solutions to add significant value to their operations.

Are you a MATCH?

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

  • Reliable transportation, current driver's license, minimum liability insurance as required by state of vehicle registration.

  • Comfort and familiarity with computer applications, including Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

  • We are looking for excellent organizational, written and oral communication, and presentation skills that utilize current technology.

  • Demonstrated experience using a consultative sales approach providing multiple layers of value to a customer to establish a mix of sales solutions and products.

  • Proactive and self-motivated; operates with a results-oriented focus; ability to work and thrive in an autonomous and team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Ideally, you bring 2+ years of prior outside business-to-business sales experience, including experience in solution-selling concepts and a demonstrated history of nurturing customer relationships throughout a defined sales territory.

  • Extensive experience in outside sales and relationship management.

  • Knowledge or a strong interest in welding and compressed gases products.
