The Opportunity

Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (ERAU) seeks a dynamic, student-centered, and forward-thinking Digital Marketing Specialist to provide visionary leadership.

The Digital Marketing Specialist is a key member of the enrollment marketing team, responsible for developing,maintainingandoptimizinglanding pages and conversion-focused campaign assets. This role also supports digital advertising through developing ad copy andassistswith reporting and performance monitoring across marketing platforms.

This position isrequiredto work on-site at the Prescott, Arizona, campus.

The Digital Marketing Specialist reports to the Associate Director of Digital Strategy, building andmaintaininglanding pages aligned with campaign goals for a seamless user experience. They own landing page development and management, ensuring accuracy,consistencyand performance across campaigns. They also support digital advertising initiatives by writing and refining ad copy to ensure channel consistency.

The Digital Marketing Specialist works independently to build landing pages and campaign assets for prospective student audiences, including upcoming college students, adult learners, transfer students, international students, military students and more. The Specialistis responsible fororganizing,trackingandmaintaininglanding pages to ensure they are current, aligned with current priorities and properly functioning. The Specialist communicates with university stakeholders, including deans, programcoordinatorsand university leadership to meet institutional needs.

Theymonitorcampaign performance across platforms,identifyissues orinconsistenciesand surface insights fortimelydecisions. The Specialist aids with reporting, including Salesforce data and campaign metrics, and ensures accuracy across systems. They also support quality assurance to ensure campaigns and landing pages function properly and meet standards.

The Specialist has strong attention to detail and technical skills, enabling them to spot anomalies, supporttroubleshootingand aid in optimization. They exercise sound judgment to identify issues, prioritizetasksand improve marketing processes and campaign effectiveness.

    • Experience working within a CMS, preferably Sitecore or a similar platform

    • Experience workingin paid digital media (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok)

    • Experience inCRM systems such as Salesforce

    Preferred Experience

    Required Education

    • Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, communications,businessorarelated field
