Job description

We Don't Need a Web Designer. We Need a Landing Page Machine Who Builds Pages That Print Money.
Lander Specialist
Most designers make pretty pages. You'll build landing pages, advertorials, and sales pages that actually convert.
About Rescale Media
We're not just another e-commerce company. We're a brand incubator on a mission to build enduring, value-driven brands that bring meaningful products into families' lives.
We've scaled from just drop shipping to a 40+ person team doing $1M+/month. Our goal? Multi 9-figures. And we're just getting started.
Learn more at rescale.media
Our Core Values
GENIUSES & OWNERS We partner with builders who think like founders. Not employees waiting to be told what to do-owners who see a problem and fix it.
ITERATIONS > HOURS We don't measure success by time at your desk. We measure it by how fast you can test, learn, and improve. Ship it. Learn. Repeat.
TRUTH OVER EGO We prioritize honesty and clarity, even when it's uncomfortable. No politics. No BS. Just data and results.
The Role
Landing pages are where traffic becomes revenue. A great ad means nothing if the landing page doesn't convert.
You'll be responsible for building high-converting landing pages, advertorials, and sales pages across our portfolio of DTC brands. Not just making them look good-making them perform.
We test constantly. That means you'll be building new pages, iterating on winners, and killing losers fast. Speed matters. But so does quality. You need both.
What You'll Do
  • Build landing pages, advertorials, and sales pages from scratch
  • Implement designs quickly using Funnelish, Shopify, PageFly, Replo, or similar builders
  • Clone and iterate on winning page structures
  • Collaborate with CRO and Creative teams on page optimization
  • Execute A/B test variations rapidly
  • Ensure pages are mobile-optimized and load fast
  • Maintain consistent brand aesthetics across all pages
  • Turn briefs and wireframes into live, high-converting pages

Requirements
What We're Looking For
  • 1+ years of experience building landing pages or sales pages
  • Strong proficiency with Funnelish and page builders (Shopify, PageFly, Replo, GemPages, or similar)
  • Understanding of direct response design principles (not just "pretty")
  • Ability to work fast without sacrificing quality
  • Eye for clean, conversion-focused layouts
  • Basic understanding of what makes a page convert (headlines, CTAs, visual hierarchy)
  • Experience with mobile-first design

Bonus Points:
  • Experience with DTC/e-commerce brands
  • Background in advertorial or long-form sales page design
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for custom tweaks
  • Figma skills for design collaboration
  • You've built pages that actually converted (and can show results)

This Role Is NOT For...
We're being direct because we respect your time:
  • Designers who prioritize aesthetics over conversion
  • Those who need detailed specs for every pixel
  • Anyone who can't handle fast turnarounds and multiple iterations
  • People who have only worked on brand websites, not performance pages
  • Those who take days to build what should take hours

Benefits
Compensation & Benefits
Monthly Salary: $800 - $1,000/month
Plus:
  • Remote-first environment
  • Work with a team of A-players who actually give a damn
  • Direct founder access-no layers of bureaucracy
  • Real ownership of your domain-we don't micromanage

Our Hiring Process
We don't waste time-yours or ours. Here's how it works:
  • Step 1: Application (You're here!)
  • Step 2: Initial Interview with CHRO
  • Step 3: Internal Assessment by Rescale
  • Step 4: WhatsApp update for next steps
  • Step 5: Signing of Independent Contractor and NDA
  • Step 6: Onboarding and Training

Total timeline: 1 week from application to offer.
P.S. One of our landing pages converts at 8%+. If you can build pages like that-or better-we want to talk.
P.P.S. If you're reading this far, you're already more thorough than 90% of applicants. That's exactly who we want.
