Job description

Position Overview

The Landing Page Specialist & Coach builds and optimizes high-converting landing pages for client campaigns, and coaches client teams on conversion-focused page design so they can maintain and iterate pages independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and A/B test landing pages for clients by understanding the client's page-builder stack (e.g., ClickFunnels, Unbounce, WordPress, HubSpot).
  • Apply conversion best practices — messaging hierarchy, offer clarity, page speed, mobile experience — to every build.
  • Run structured testing programs and translate results into specific, prioritized recommendations.
  • Coach client marketing teams on conversion-focused design principles during virtual office hours.
  • Maintain best practices of proven page patterns and share them across the client portfolio.
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years building and optimizing landing pages, with a portfolio of measurable conversion improvements.
  • Working knowledge of at least two major landing page/website platforms.
  • Basic understanding of page speed, mobile responsiveness, and tracking pixel placement.
  • Ability to explain design and copy decisions to clients in terms of business impact, not just aesthetics.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Copywriting or UX background.
  • Experience with A/B testing tools (Google Optimize successors, VWO, Unbounce native testing).
  • Agency experience across multiple industries.
What We Look For in Every Client-Facing Expert
  • Think Bigger Mindset — approaches every client problem by asking 'what would 10x better look like?' rather than settling for marginal fixes.
  • Service-Minded — treats every client interaction as a chance to build trust; follows through without being chased.
  • Clear Communicator — translates technical or strategic detail into language a business owner can act on, in writing and live sessions.
  • Coach, Not Just Doer — comfortable teaching a client to run a process, not only running it for them.
