As a Digital Designer, you'll create engaging assets across social media, email campaigns, and websites, collaborating with marketing, content, and product teams to deliver visually compelling designs that elevate brand presence and drive engagement. Looking for a designer who is not only strong in digital design (which remains the core of the role) but who is also comfortable working directly with HTML, CSS, and some basic JavaScript. Their in-house team builds static front-end landing pages, often using Bootstrap and pre-coded content blocks, so having the ability to step into the code to make adjustments or refine layouts will be important.
What You'll Do
  • Design engaging graphics and motion assets for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X).
  • Create conversion-focused email templates that align with brand guidelines.
  • Support web and landing page design, ensuring responsive, user-friendly, and on-brand experiences.
  • Develop creative content for banners, ads, and blog visuals to support campaigns.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital materials.
  • Contribute to a reusable design system for social, email, and web assets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align creative concepts with campaign goals.
  • Use feedback and analytics to optimize designs for engagement and performance.
  • Stay current on digital design trends and best practices.
  • Work within static front-end environments to refine layouts or visuals using HTML, CSS, and lightweight JavaScript.
What You'll Need
Education/Experience:
  • Associate's degree or certificate in Graphic Design required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5 + years of professional digital design experience.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design.
  • Experience designing for email marketing platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot).
  • Comfort with front-end design in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with frameworks like Bootstrap or other responsive systems.
  • Portfolio demonstrating social media, email, and web design work.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects independently.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Experience designing for accessibility (WCAG standards).
  • Knowledge of design systems and reusable components.
  • Motion design experience (After Effects or similar).
