Position Summary
The Assistant Registrar for Systems Infrastructure plays a pivotal role in managing and maintaining all systems related to curriculum maintenance and changes within the University Registrar's Office. Reporting directly to the Senior Assistant Registrar for Systems Infrastructure, this position ensures that essential platforms, including but not limited to Courseleaf, DegreeWorks, Smart Plan, and Banner, operate efficiently and support institutional goals. The Assistant Registrar is committed to providing exceptional service to students, faculty, and staff, maintaining the highest standards of quality and support in all aspects of systems infrastructure.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Relevant post-Baccalaureate degree required; for candidates demonstrating comparable independent educational or instructional activities associated with the delivery and/or management of student support functions, will accept a relevant undergraduate degree and relevant experience in substitution.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree from an accredited college or university and three years of experience in a registrar's office.
  • Demonstrated expertise working with Student Information Systems or similar educational administration software.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with and foster collaboration among a wide range of individuals and constituencies in a large, complex academic environment.
  • Familiarity with issues that influence higher education and/or the profession.
  • Passion for enhancing the student and faculty experience.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards in recordkeeping and service delivery.
  • Adaptability and willingness to embrace new technologies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
