Company Description

IDEALFORCE have multiple Contract-To-Hire positions available immediately for a PC/LAN Technician to join our customer in Phoenix Arizona. This is an ONSITE position. Client is considering only LOCAL CANDIDATES for this position. 

Job Description

This position provides technical support for customers on the our client network; fix computer related problems; troubleshoot network, software, and hardware problems; research and implement potential solutions; and assist with assigned project tasks. Will work in an environment troubleshooting and repairing Windows-based PC's (Windows XP and Windows 7) and peripherals within a networked environment, managing Windows 2003 and 2008 Servers, and will utilize Active Directory and other enterprise management tools; will document, resolve networking and equipment problems in an incident management system.

* Computer hardware configuration and repair knowledge
* Fundamental LAN and WAN networking concepts
