JOB SUMMARY:ย 

Theย Food and Beverage Supervisor plays a pivotal role in the smooth and efficient daily operations, ensuring that guests receive exceptional service in F&B departments functions. Maintains daily records of business transactions. This role combines leadership, customer service, and operational oversight to create a positive guest experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Training and supervising employees to ensure that they are performing their jobs correctly
  • Monitoring employee productivity to ensure that goals are being met
  • Coordinating employee schedules, including shift changes and absences
  • Overseeing inventory of food and beverage supplies, ordering new items as needed
  • Maintaining sanitation standards on the premises by monitoring employee compliance with company policies regarding cleanliness
  • Managing employee payroll by reviewing time cards and processing paychecks
  • Interviewing, hiring, and training new employees as needed
  • Establishing budgets for food, labor costs, and other expenses related to running the business
  • Providing customer service by answering questions about menu items or suggesting items based on customer preferences

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience as food and beverage supervisor or similar role preferred
  • Excellent people skills with a customer service orientation
  • Outstanding leadership abilities
  • Up-to-date with food and beverages trends and best practices
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Food safety certification (will be provided if necessary)
