About Us

At Integrations Wellness & Recovery Center, we do things differently. We are a non-corporate, client-centered women's residential program rooted in a mission to honor the value and worth of each individual who comes to us for care -- and to treat the whole person. Our co-occurring treatment model weaves together evidence-based practices -- cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care -- to meet women exactly where they are on their recovery journey.

Our team is close-knit, passionate, and genuinely invested in the work. If you're tired of rigid, production-driven environments and want to work somewhere that trusts its clinicians to lead with both clinical skill and human compassion, this might be the place for you.

The Role

As a Residential Counselor, you will be an essential member of our multidisciplinary clinical team, providing direct counseling services to women navigating co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders in a residential setting. You'll facilitate individual and group therapy, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with a supportive team to guide clients toward sustainable recovery.

5-Day Work Week with one remote day per week -- work from home flexibility built in

Traditional 5-Day Work Week -- fully in-person for those who prefer it

Weekend group rotation is part of this role. Counselors participate in a once-per-month rotation facilitating morning groups on Saturday and Sunday (approximately 2 hours each morning). This is shared equitably across the team.
