Job Title:Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC)

Location:401 16th St SE #100, Rochester, MN 55904

Working Model: Onsite

Employee Type: 1.0 FTE - Full Time

Schedule: This position requires leading three evening groups each week and is fully onsite. Candidates may choose between a 40-hour schedule (five 8-hour days or four 10-hour days). Groups are held from 5:00PM-9:00PM.

As a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) at Sagent Behavioral Health, you will provide counseling to individuals with substance use disorders, assessing their needs and developing personalized treatment plans. The role includes facilitating individual and group therapy, maintaining thorough documentation, and collaborating with other professionals to support client recovery. Strong communication, assessment skills, and knowledge of evidence-based practices and regulations are essential. This position requires leading three evening groups each week and is fully onsite. Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions for patients struggling with addiction.
  • Conduct intakes and assessments to gather patient information and guide treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant patient records in accordance with 245G and 1115 Demonstration Waiver requirements.
  • Participate in clinical consultations and staff meetings to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements:

  • Licensed Drug & Alcohol Counselor (LADC) with an active and unrestricted license in Minnesota or an ADC-T.

Compensation: This is an exempt position. Total earnings for this position will range from $64,000 - $70,000 annually.

*Actual compensation may be determined by various factors such as licensure, experience, skillset, internal equity, schedule and/or location. Estimates are factored on a 1.0 FTE.
