Supports maintenance workflow administration within LMBuildings, coordinates material readiness with stockroom operations, and assists with maintenance reporting, backlog management, and schedule optimization activities. Basic Qualifications Experience coordinating maintenance, facilities, construction, or technical service activities in an industrial, commercial, manufacturing, or campus environment Experience utilizing computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) or enterprise workflow management systems Experience coordinating schedules, priorities, or work activities across multiple stakeholders or vendors Ability to interpret maintenance work orders, preventive maintenance requirements, and operational priorities Ability to obtain and maintain required site access/security requirements Ability to manage changing priorities in operational environments Desired Skills Experience supporting preventive maintenance planning and scheduling activities Experience coordinating contractor-performed maintenance or service activities Familiarity with facilities infrastructure systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, utilities, or building automation systems Experience supporting outage coordination or maintenance shutdown activities Experience utilizing LMBuildings, Maximo, or similar enterprise maintenance platforms Experience supporting inventory, material coordination, or maintenance kitting activities Strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills in fast-paced operational environments Experience supporting maintenance KPI tracking, backlog management, or operational reporting activities Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
