Earn up to $60,000 per year as a Helper. Pay potential based on projects completed

Summary of Position: The General Laborer will assist with general labor duties to support their team to complete jobs such as facility improvements, remodels, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Equipment Installations.
Job Responsibilities: Perform work under the direction of a Manager or Team Lead to assist on the job site with tasks that will facilitate the team completing building or equipment repairs, demolition, removal and/or installation of equipment, and general construction tasks
This will involve:
  • Driving a box truck or assisting with safety
  • Moving Equipment
  • Cleaning the jobsite
  • Assist with Carpentry, Electrical, plumbing and HVAC projects
  • Understanding of jobsite protocols specific to project and site
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
  • Use of basic tools and the ability to install or assemble by following instructions
  • Heavy lifting, standing, bending, reaching and climbing ladders
  • Working a flexible schedule of days, nights, or weekends
  • Performing the job safely by demonstrating full awareness of his/her surroundings. Will utilize proper safety techniques and equipment use when necessary. Will be proactive in alerting Management of any unsafe act or condition to prevent injuries.
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize. Must follow special instructions and schedules.
  • Maintaining a clean and professional appearance

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: These requirements are representative, but not all-inclusive, of the knowledge, skill, and ability required to perform this job.�Knowledge of construction safety and safety procedures�Basic knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing and HVAC
  • Demonstrated ability to use hand tools.

  • Must possess own tools (specialty tools provided as needed)

  • Access to reliable transportation to reach customer locations
  • Dependable and able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
  • Ability to travel 75-100% of time
