Material Handler / Warehouse Associate - Start as soon as possible - Hiring Immediately

Day Shift | Monday-Friday | Manufacturing Environment - Pay From $22 to $25/hr

Join a team that builds innovative HVAC cooling solutions used in the electronics industry. We're looking for a reliable Material Handler / Warehouse Associate to support warehouse operations, inventory management, and material flow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and inventory.
  • Move raw materials and finished goods using forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Stage materials to support production schedules and manufacturing lines.
  • Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
  • Perform inventory tracking, cycle counts, and inventory updates.
  • Pick, pack, label, and prepare materials for production and shipping.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow safety procedures, quality standards, and work instructions.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of warehouse, material handling, or manufacturing experience.
  • Forklift operating experience (certification preferred).
  • Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory control, and cycle counting.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physical environment.
  • Basic computer and data entry skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and teamwork.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ERP or inventory management systems.
  • Manufacturing or production support experience.
  • Order picking, packing, and material staging experience.
