Job description

Position Overview

We are hiring dependable and hardworking Irrigation Install Laborers / Landscaping Laborers to support the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems for residential, commercial, and agricultural projects.

This is a great opportunity for candidates with landscaping, construction, or general labor experience, as well as entry-level applicants who enjoy outdoor work and want to learn a skilled trade.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with installation of irrigation systems, including trenching, pipe laying, and sprinkler installation
  • Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment at job sites
  • Dig trenches using hand tools or trenching equipment
  • Assemble and install piping, valves, timers, and irrigation controllers
  • Test systems to ensure proper operation and water coverage
  • Perform site cleanup and restoration after installation
  • Follow all safety procedures and use protective equipment
  • Work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors
Qualifications
  • Experience in landscaping, irrigation, construction, or general labor preferred but not required
  • Entry-level candidates with strong work ethic encouraged to apply
  • Ability to use hand tools and small equipment (shovels, trenchers, pipe cutters, etc.)
