Job Description

  • Handle labor and employment litigation matters from early strategy through resolution
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, legal memoranda, position statements, correspondence, and other litigation documents
  • Manage discovery, depositions, hearings, client communications, and opposing counsel communications
  • Work independently and collaboratively with partners, senior attorneys, and litigation teams
  • Proactively organize, prioritize, and manage deadlines across an active caseload
  • Support clients and case teams with strong legal analysis, practical recommendations, and high-quality written work product

Qualifications

  • Active Florida Bar license required
  • 4+ years of litigation experience required
  • Labor and employment litigation experience required
  • Strong writing, communication, organization, and case management skills required
  • Ability to handle litigation responsibilities independently or as part of a team required
  • Strong academic credentials preferred
  • Law firm labor and employment litigation experience preferred
