Job Description – General Laborer

I. Position Summary
Performs a variety of general labor tasks under direct supervision. Supports site operations through manual work such as lifting, moving, digging, mowing, and assisting with equipment.

II. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
To perform this role successfully, the employee must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

  • Load and unload vehicles, materials, and equipment.

  • Lift, move, and carry materials and supplies.

  • Dig, backfill, and perform other basic ground work.

  • Operate push mowers, trimmers, and basic site equipment.

  • Perform general site clean-up and assist skilled workers as directed.

  • Carry out additional tasks assigned by supervisors.

III. Supervisory Responsibilities

  • None.

IV. Qualifications

  • Education/Experience (Required): High School Diploma or GED, and up to 4 years of related experience.

  • Education/Experience (Preferred): Associate’s Degree, or equivalent experience, with up to 4 years of related experience.

  • Licenses/Certifications: None required.

  • Skills/Abilities: Ability to follow instructions, work safely, and perform physical tasks reliably.

V. Work Environment
