Are you ready to join a dynamic team? Partners Personnel Lakeland is seeking Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operators to support various distribution, manufacturing, and warehouse centers across the Lakeland, Auburndale, and Plant City areas.
Shift and Pay Information:
- Flexible scheduling options: Full-time, long-term, temp-to-hire, or project-based positions available.
- Multiple shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts are available.
- Competitive starting pay: Earn between $15 and $17 per hour based on the position and experience.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 1-year recent experience operating one or more types of lifts in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment, including:

  • Warehouse Associate
  • Picker/Packer
  • Sit down
  • Stand Up
  • Reach Truck
- Strong communication, organizational, time management, and basic mathematical skills.
- Dependable and reliable work ethic.
- Additional skills such as inventory management, equipment operation certification, data entry, and computer proficiency may be required.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in shipping and receiving tasks by unloading trucks using lift equipment and verifying merchandise.
- Prepare orders by processing requests and assembling orders for delivery.
- Pick materials, pack boxes, and arrange orders in the designated delivery area.
- Organize and maintain inventory by accurately recording items received or distributed using computer systems.
- Ensure a safe and clean work environment by following proper safety protocols and wearing required safety equipment.
- Perform general warehouse duties as needed, including manual labor.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift or move objects weighing up to 50lbs regularly.
- Frequent standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling may be required.
