Laboratory Secretaries often act as a hub for communications between lab staff, healthcare professionals, and external clients such as patients or partner organizations. One of the main challenges is ensuring that all information—such as test requests, results, and laboratory schedules—is accurately relayed and documented in a timely manner. This requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks, especially during busy periods.
