Job description

We are seeking a Lab Associate to join IQVIA Laboratories at Indianapolis, IN.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Receive and accession clinical trial specimens for bioanalytical analysis in accordance with established SOPs and regulatory requirements
  • Select samples for analyst work lists based on processing priority, lab capacity, and requisition requirements
  • Document and track sample inventory in the LIMS system, ensuring accurate chain of custody and accessioning records
  • Prepare buffers, reagents, and solutions required for laboratory analysis
  • Manage post-analysis sample and reagent storage in compliance with procedures
  • Assist in the development, review, and maintenance of laboratory procedures and techniques
  • Maintain good housekeeping practices in alignment with 6S standards
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and notify appropriate staff of supply shortages
What We Are Looking For:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, or Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, medical laboratory technology, or a related scientific discipline as required by location
  • Hands-on experience performing routine laboratory testing using analytical instruments and laboratory information systems
  • Working knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices, laboratory safety standards, and infection control procedures
  • Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $34,700.00 - $72,300.00. Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
