Labor pool jobs refer to temporary or on-call positions where workers are hired as needed to fill short-term labor demands. These jobs often involve manual work in industries like construction, warehousing, manufacturing, or event setup. Workers in a labor pool may not have guaranteed hours and are usually called in based on the employer's immediate needs.
