Join Our Growing Legal Team

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Employment Law Attorney to join our dynamic law firm. This position offers an exciting opportunity to represent clients in a broad range of employment law matters while working alongside a collaborative and results-driven team.

Position Overview

This is an in-office position based at our firm. Following successful completion of the introductory employment period, attorneys may be eligible for a hybrid work arrangement based on performance, productivity, and business needs.

Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Manage employment law matters from intake through resolution.
  • Advise clients regarding workplace rights, compliance issues, and employment-related disputes.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, demand letters, settlement agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
  • Handle administrative claims before agencies such as the EEOC and state labor departments.
  • Take and defend depositions, attend mediations, negotiate settlements, and represent clients at hearings and trial.
  • Maintain consistent client communication and provide strategic legal counsel throughout the litigation process.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure efficient case management and exceptional client service.
Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
  • Active license and good standing with the State Bar.
  • 3+ years of employment law experience preferred.
  • Experience handling matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour violations, wrongful termination, ADA, FMLA, and related employment claims.
  • Strong legal writing, research, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
  • Ability to independently manage a caseload while working effectively within a team environment.
