What is labor hiring?

Labor hiring jobs involve recruiting, selecting, and placing workers in positions that require manual or physical work, such as construction, manufacturing, or warehousing. Professionals in labor hiring typically assess candidates' skills, match them to suitable roles, and handle onboarding processes. They may work directly for companies or for staffing agencies that supply labor to various industries. Their responsibilities also often include compliance with labor laws and ensuring workplace safety standards.

What are some common challenges faced when coordinating labor hiring for large-scale projects?
