Job description

Skillforce is currently hiring construction laborers for an ongoing project in Sparks, NV. Must be reliable, attentive, and able to remain stationed for extended periods. OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a must.

Pay and Schedule:

Pay: $23 - $26 per hour

Schedule:

Monday through Friday 6 am to 2:30 pm

40hrs plus overtime guaranteed

Responsibilities
  • Monitor assigned site facilities during working hours
  • Ensure proper use of designated areas
  • Deter vandalism, damage, or misuse of company property
  • Maintain orderly and presentable conditions
  • Report maintenance issues, damage, or safety concerns to site management
  • Communicate professionally with workers and subcontractors
  • Remain stationed in assigned area as directed
  • Support overall site operations as needed


Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in the construction industry.
  • Must have a valid OSHA 10 certification
  • Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic
  • Ability to remain attentive for extended periods
  • Basic understanding of construction site safety practices (preferred)
  • Prior construction or site experience a plus
