To overcome these challenges, it's important to use proper lifting techniques, stay hydrated, and take regular breaks to prevent fatigue. Building good communication with team members also helps ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently. Many employers provide on-the-job training to help new Labor Helpers adjust to these demands and develop effective work habits.
