Job Title: Labor & Employment Counsel
Location: California
Basic Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
A well-established national law firm is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Counsel to join its California practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong management-side background and experience handling employment matters independently.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of Labor & Employment experience
  • Strong management-side / employment defense experience
  • California Bar admission
  • Experience handling employment litigation and/or counseling matters
  • Strong legal research, writing and client-management skills
  • Ability to handle matters independently
  • Portable business is not required
