Job description

Title: Enforcement Operations Specialist
Location: Remote
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 6–12 month contract, potential extension up to 24 months
Compensation Range: $100 - $110 / hour W2
Benefits: Eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, 401K
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. This position is not eligible for sponsorship .
Job Description: Support enforcement and safeguards operations by reviewing, labeling, and analyzing sensitive content to ensure safe and compliant AI system usage.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Label and classify data across policy categories to support ML classifier development
Review flagged content for potential abuse or policy violations
Conduct enforcement audits and escalate risks to appropriate teams
Collaborate with policy, threat, and ML teams to refine enforcement workflows
Communicate with customers regarding safety and enforcement actions
Identify policy gaps and emerging risk trends
Evaluate new products for potential harm before and after launch
Generate reports on enforcement trends and findings
Requirements:
Must-Haves:
  • Experience in CBNRE (Chemical, Biological, Nuclear, Radiological, Explosive) domains, with emphasis on chemical threats
  • Background in policy enforcement, threat analysis, or trust & safety operations
  • Ability to interpret and apply complex content policies to real-world scenarios
  • Experience reviewing sensitive or explicit content and making enforcement decisions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with tight deadlines
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, AI, big tech, or government/defense sectors
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Prior experience with AI safety or trust & safety teams
  • Background in government, military, or intelligence agencies
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including policy and engineering
  • Active or prior security clearance
